I’ve been going to this dentist for the last 9 years! They hired new people in charge of the front desk/ receptionist so Wally more lady named “ Sue”! Dr. Benson is amazing so is Arlene and Brea! For 9 years never had an issue at all specially I love Dr Benson who is amazing and Arlene! However, since my insurance no longer is accepted I received a call from Sue explaining this to me, she gave me the codes to ask the insurance how much they would pay! I said thank you for this however, it is hard to find another doctor like Dr. Benson I will still keep going and I will pay! I appreciate the codes it lets me know at least what I am expected to pay. But my family and I will continue to go even if we pay ourselves! The problem started when their numbers displays “ Lerner and Lemongello Dentistry” instead of PGA smiles! On top of that they had an old number for which I no longer cricked text but call are routed and I do revive the calls! I already had booked my apt 5 months ago! ( which happened to be my birthday and Arlene made me cry as she surprised me with a cute birthday and and present) And told her I would be keeping my apt and will pay myself. When I went to my appointment I found out it was canceled 😡 5 months in advance and cancelled! She blamed me for not picking up the phone although she admitted that they did have this problem with other people and it’s been a long time issue! I was so upset I went home and did some reached wondering when did she text or all and realized the Lerner lemengello calls was actually of a smiles additionally found one email in the spam folder. I called her and let her know the issue she was rude and unapologetic! She did apologize after I told her everything I had found out and mentioned how she didn’t apologize! I was booked another apt for today and guess what! I actually missed this one bec I didn’t not have it in my schedule! I asked told her I missed my apt and she was quiet and didn’t respond! Her attitude is amazing!!!! Then finally spoke and said the next available is in 5 months !APRIL! I am sorry Dr Bendon feel free to contact me or not but I am done ✅ not because of you or your dental hygienist or the redo of your personnel but because of the attitude I am getting from “Sue”! This can easily be solved without the attitude, bec getting your dental appointment scheduled and handling misunderstanding should not be this hostile! All the communication has to go through the receptionist, I guess our time is done! Tschüss!
