Dr. Benson is the best!

Let me start by saying - I am that person who is terrified of the dentist. Like TERRIFIED. However, I think I may not be any more after today’s visit with Dr. Benson and his team. I was greeted so warmly, sue was a sweetheart. Bri was who called me back to the treatment room and did my cleaning. I have never in my life, had a better experience with getting my teeth cleaned than I did with Bri. She seriously is so so gentle but effective. Her personality makes you feel calm and at ease and she is eager to help you feel the most comfortable that you possibly can while you’re there. She explained everything thoroughly and in a way that I could understand and apply. (Added bonus: they have a TON of flavors to choose from for the polishing of your teeth! Vanilla, chocolate, berry, mint, cinnamon) Dr. Benson came in and was so cheerful and excited, you can tell he is a man who loves his job as well as his patients. He and Bri collaborated to go over the health of my teeth. I felt comfortable the entire time, never pressured, like I have at previous dentists. I have left other dentists in the past because Invisalign was so heavily pushed on me when truthfully I have no interest in it. Dr. Benson not only never mentioned that, nor pushed anything, but complimented my beautiful smile and healthy teeth. I finally felt seen, heard and comfortable during an appointment for the first time. Daphne was incredibly accommodating for check out as well! I was so thoroughly impressed by the entire team, truly. This was EASILY the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist and I am actually looking forward to my next cleaning! Thank you Dr. Benson & staff!

Dr Benson took me two hours after i called with what seemed to me to be a non emergency situation. Turns out it was a serious issue that needed attention right away. No waiting in his office. Staff is professional and friendly. Thirty minutes later I was on my way with a game plan to address my problem.
