Karla joined the PGA Smiles family in 2021 and has been the steady heartbeat of our office ever since. She’s passionate about getting to know every patient who walks through our doors and making sure they receive the thoughtful service and attention they deserve from start to finish.

Originally from the Midwest, Karla made Florida her home in 2021 and has fully embraced the sunshine life. When she’s not keeping our office running smoothly, you can find her scuba diving, experimenting in the kitchen, reading a good book, or planning her next travel adventure.

Daphnee is the friendly expert behind the scenes who helps ensure your insurance experience is clear and stress-free. Born and raised in Miami, she has been a valued member of the PGA Smiles team for the past two years and takes pride in being part of a team that truly cares for its patients.

Outside the office, Daphnee enjoys staying active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. You’ll often find her out on long walks, soaking in the Florida sunshine and recharging for the week ahead.

Her calm presence and attention to detail help make every visit smoother for our patients.

Sue is the welcoming voice and smile that greets you the moment you walk into PGA Smiles. A native Long Islander, she made her way down to sunny Florida several years ago and quickly became an essential part of our team.

Outside the office, Sue follows the rhythm of live music, travels the Caribbean on cruises with her family, and spends quality time with her beagle–Jack Russell mix, Gracie. On weekends, you’ll almost always find her at her local church, where she is an active member.

Her warmth, kindness, and steady presence help set the tone for the calm, comfortable experience we strive to create for every patient.

Arlene brings more than 30 years of dental hygiene experience to PGA Smiles, and for nearly a decade she has been an irreplaceable part of our family. She’s known for building long-lasting relationships with her patients and creating a continued sense of comfort

When she’s not caring for patients, Arlene knows how to enjoy life to the fullest. She loves karaoke and dancing, exploring new places around the world, and soaking up the Florida sunshine on a boat or at the beach.

Brie is a proud Florida native, born and raised right here in Jupiter. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University before completing advanced training in dental assisting. Soon after, she returned to school to pursue her true calling and become a dental hygienist.Brie has been part of our PGA Smiles family for more than eight years, growing with us from the start of her dental career. She discovered her passion for preventative dentistry early on and is committed to helping patients maintain healthy, confident smiles.

Outside the office, Brie enjoys traveling, all things water sports, and spending sunny beach days with her dog, Nova, and her husband.

Gabrielle, known to our patients as “Gabby,” has been a dental assistant for several years after earning her degree from Palm Beach State College. Her journey with PGA Smiles actually began years ago as an extern while she was still in school, and we’re thrilled to have her back as an official part of our team.

Gabby understands that visiting the dentist can feel a little overwhelming, so she makes it her mission to help every patient feel at ease the moment they walk through our doors. Her calm, caring approach helps create a comforting experience for patients of all ages. Outside the office, Gabby loves working on puzzles and spending time with her two cats, Tico and Valentine. 

Milan began her journey with PGA Smiles as an extern while studying at Palm Beach State College. From day one, her dedication, curiosity, and strong work ethic stood out, and we were thrilled to welcome her back as a permanent member of our team. Many of you may even remember her from her externship days here.

A proud Florida native, Milan loves spending her free time with family and friends, soaking up the sunshine and quality moments that mean the most to her.
