Dr. Benson and his staff are some of the kindest, most caring people you will meet. From the moment you walk in they make you feel right at home. They take great pride in their work and provide exceptional service. It’s hard to find a dentist who is honest and looks out for your best interest above their own. Dr. Benson does just that. He is trustworthy and I recommend him to everyone.

I was a new patient, and EVERYONE in the office was so professional. Greeted with respect, dignity and a deep desire to provide the best possible care for his patients and their many, diverse needs, treating a person with disabilities is quite a daunting challenge to say the least. There are no words to describe how surprisingly pleasant my experience was with PGA Smiles and Dr. Benson and his staff. Patience, persistence and perseverance is what it takes with each individual and Dr. Benson and his hygienist, Brie, came through with flying colors. Warm and welcoming and not satisfied until their patient is happy with whatever work may have been needed, their kindness and compassion towards me was something I rarely experience as a disabled person. My gratitude for Dr. Benson and Brie goes beyond the stars. There is no other dentist I would go to or recommend. I cannot thank them enough – and I could not recommend them higher. When you find the best, you keep it.

I hadn't been to a dentist since the covid pandemic started. I had a crown that had come loose from a tooth several months ago. My normal dentist had just retired and I was unable to get an appointment with the practice he selected as a replacement. I started to be concerned that my tooth may have started to decay and called PGA smiles and was able to get an appointment the very next morning! They have a very friendly and professional staff. I was very happy with the way my calls were handled by the receptionist Amber. Dr. Benson has to be one of the most upbeat and effervescent people I have met in years. I swear he overdoses on happy pills. A totally positive experience and I am looking forward to my regular appointments.
